One & Two year All inclusive seasonal contract rates. This is a flat rate including unlimited snow removal and deicing unless snow needs to be moved to a different location on or off the property. Contract commences on November 1st and will terminate on April 1st. Payment is divided in to Five equal installments, Due, Dec 1st, Jan 1st, Feb 1st, Mar 1st and April 1st.

​Snow removal will commence before hours of operation per 1" to 4" every time weather allows. We may plow less than 1" in colder temps below 21 degrees to better manage salt usage and effectiveness. All walk surfaces are cleared of snow prior to product application. Depending on the timing and duration of the snow event and expected totals, snow removal, deicing, accumulation prevention & monitoring services witl be performed before, during and after hours of operation as needed.

Our job is to keep your property safe by maintaining treated lot and walk surfaces before, during and after weather events to prevent ice and snow accumulations less than 1" as needed. When the forecasts call for more than 1" or several inches in a short time frame we will clear snow from all surfaces first then apply product as needed. All snow is cleared from walk surfaces regardless of snow totals before applying product.

Salt is a volatile commodity. We do our best to use it responsible by not wasting it trying to melt several inches of snow to save time & expense resulting in a slushy mess that may potentially freeze. Clearing snow from surfaces first is the best and safest end result. Plus contributing to common shortages and drastic price increases we are all paying for is just irresponsible!!!

Rock salt, much like gasoline is volatile commodity subject to shortages and drastic price fluctuations. We fill our salt bins pre season, to secure enough product to service our compacity for sales at a competitive rate. Contract with us as early as August to secure the best rate.

Our job is to keep your property safe. We due that by constantly monitoring local and national weather forecasts. We meticulously monitoring local and national radar sources. More importantly with our boots on the ground experienced personnel whose job is to monitor our routes 24/7 before, during, after and in between weather events.

In some cases depending on the size of property, lack of areas to plow snow or high snow fall totals during the season. It may be necessary to move or relocate snow piles to a different location on or off the property. This will prevent loss of parking and mitigate the risk of snow piles melting and refreezing causing hazardous ice, black ice or worse. Ice potentially covered by new snow causing slippery conditions that can be seen. This service is a additional cost per loader and dump truck if needed.

During our pre season site inspections and threw out the first few events we adapt to your specific needs. We focus on the finer details like: Parking priority, handicap parking and ramps, mail box and delivery areas, common foot traffic areas, dumpsters, high risk slip and fall areas like inclines, elevated surfaces, transitions between lots and walk surfaces, stairs, overhead hazards like snow or ice potentially falling from awnings or roofs etc.
