This a flat rate including unlimited snow removal and deicing unless snow needs to be moved to a different location on or off the property.

In order to secure all necessary equipment, crews, fuel, salt and related products to service all our properties efficiently and reliably. As of 2020 we have eliminated the per push and seasonal options from our contract. The all inclusive contract insures the best level of service for the customer while allowing both parties to maintain a solid budget and payroll. This service really is the most mutually beneficial option for both parties.

We feel this is a necessary change in order to remain a reliable service you can count on. Most of our crews and operators are already compensated on a all inclusive basis as well. Snow and Ice removal is all we do November to April.



 All inclusive contract rate shall be paid in no more than Five installments. The first installment will be due ( 12-1-23 ) . The remaining installments are due with any additional fees as follows: (1-1-24), (2-1-24), (3-1-24), (4-1-24) any additional charges if applicably on (5-1-21).
